The activities were spread across numerous stations to keep the children active and entertained for the whole session. These included jumping from springboards and floor mat exercises, all designed to introduce the youngsters to basic gymnastics and movement exercises, preparing them for further physical activity.

Young Leaders from Brookfield assisted with and ran individual activities, contributing to the overall success of the event.
