The return of the School Indoor Rowing League

The return of the School Indoor Rowing League

Due to popular demand, the Indoor Sport Services have re-launched their School Indoor Rowing League. Over the past ten years, over 75,000 students and teachers have taken part in the inclusive league which gives schools the flexibility to compete at a time that suits them.

One of the most encouraging aspects of the competitions is the participation of children who have had little or no success in ball-skills based activities, and who are delighted to find an activity in which they can experience the joys of teamwork, and even winning!

If your school hasn’t taken part before, now is definitely the time to start. The beauty of the Schools League is that it’s up to you when and where you take part. You can choose to organise your teams to race in or out of school hours – all of the challenges can be completed within time allocated for lessons – the choice is yours. No travelling is required to compete as teams race in their own school and enter their results online.
